Manju has earned several service awards based on the work she has been doing since 2017 as the founder of A Creative Pause. She was honored by Sancheti Academy in Pune, India for her contributions to creative arts therapy in 2019. She was also invited to participate in the Peace Conference held by Delhi University in 2020, where she delivered a 90-min workshop for chosen participants of the peace conference. A Creative Pause has also been featured in some of the local press in India when we were delivering workshops for schools and colleges there.
