A Creative Pause is a US-based 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to emotional health and overall wellbeing. Our three major projects are i) to implement a social-emotional curriculum in school systems around the world, starting with India, ii) to arm a global team of service-minded individuals to bring emotional wellness into their communities, and iii) to care for our caregivers so they may recharge and recommit themselves to service

Trained 40 counselors from 10 SOS villages in Nepal serving over 1250 children
Trained over 25 emotional wellness guides working with refugees, students, orphans, seniors, pregnant mothers, indigenous people, and LGBTQIA+ youth in 14 countries
